4. Cancellations

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- Customers must remove valuables and personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.
- While we take great care when working on vehicles, Velare Detailing is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Mechanical or electrical failures
- Loose trims, badges, or damaged paintwork
- Damage caused by faulty or aftermarket parts
- Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of the appointment.
6. Weather & Mobile Services
For mobile detailing services:
- Access to the vehicle and safe working conditions must be provided.
- Severe weather conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled for safety and quality reasons.
